Complaints Commission

Via the IBMT, every registered Marcos-therapist is affiliated with the foundation of disciplinary law for professional practitioners in natural health science (in the Netherlands that is the TBNG).

In case you think something went wrong during a treatment by a registered Marcos-therapist, you can file a complaint with the Complaints Commission of the IBMT.

We advise you to speak to your treating therapist before you file your complaint. Do not hesitate to go to him or her with your problem or complaint.

How do you file a complaint?
You file a written complaint with the office of the IBMT. Make sure you write down on the envelop that the letter is to go to the Complaint Commission. This letter will not be opened by the office staff, but it will be redirected to the Complaints Commission.
